Candy Com Studio allows the use of some features of its Service and some Products offline (without internet connection). Candy Com Studio does not collect any information from its Users. Some information may nonetheless be collected through third party services used by Candy Com Studio such as advertising networks, push notification services or others ("Third Parties") and stored on such Third Parties' servers.

Advertisements:
We display advertisements in the free apps and game to fund the development process for current and future services. 3rd party companies provide the advertisements and they may use and collect anonymous data about the user's interests to be able to select more relevant advertisements. We cache images used for interval advertisement by storing them in the information root directory allowing us to the re-display advertisement without needing to download then gain keeping data usage to a minimum.

For purposes of this privacy policy, "personal data " mean personally identifiable information that specifically identifies you as an individual.Candy Com Studio may use your personal data to send the message to you with information and /or commercial content about Candy Com Studio services or 3rd party product and services.Candy Com Studio thinks may be of interest to you, such as new features and services, special offers and update information. 

Designing Apps for Children and Families:
Our mission is the use of technology as a tool for enriching families' lives continues to grow, and parents are looking for safe, high-quality content to share with their children. Our apps may specifically for children or  may just attract their attention but apps are always safe for all users, including families.App's content that is accessible to children and appropriate for children.

In-App Purchase:
We provide some feature or item to be as in game or app purchases through the mechanism provided by the app store (Google, apple etc.). We take it for granted that any IAP made by you or your child is with your full knowledge, understanding, and consent. As we do not force or fool the user to make any IAP so the company would not be responsible for any refund or claim whatever regarding IAP.
